The Pallet Barrier, can be used as a coffer dam and erected in turbulent water. In this case, to drain a branch of a river, for bridge repair work. It was erected in 0.6 meter high fast flowing water. After having established the barrier, the water rose to 1.25 metres. During the 3 months it was up, the barrier was overtopped 4 times but still kept the stability.
